Spring Mushroom Wall Vase Handbuilding Class

Join Salish Sea Ceamic Studio this Winter Season for a fun two hour handbuilding class this spring. For the third year we have mushrooms popping up and we are still excited about it. What better way to celebrate the changing season than popping out a mushroom! No experience necessary and all materials provided. Class will begin with demos and examples along with instruction on the techniques we will be using in class, then there will be time for the artist's to sprout! A limited palete will be provided to paint with to finish up your mushroom masterpiece.  Mushrooms will be twice fired and clear coated for you ready for pick up about a month after class. Students will be instructed in the step by step process while working in our lovely open floor plan. This class can be fun for the whole family ages 8-85 years old! Perfect for a date night, friends, coworkers or anyone wanting to create together! No experience necessary and all materials included. Both bisque and High firings included, no guarantee of a finished project as things may break during the firing process. Students will be able to pick up their project at a later date if they survive the kiln! Happy winter is almost over and hope to see you soon. There are two prices, one at the regular price of $85 and then the other the other at a self assessed sliding scale price of $55! So chose which one is right for you.
