Pumpkin Fairy House-Autumn Workshop Only 3 Dates Available
We have been making pumpkins since the beginning and this is year four! We are proud and excited to present this whimsical and challenging project. In order to ensure success we have increase the length of time for this workship to FOUR hours! We don't kid around when it comes to fairy houses. Join Salish Sea Ceramic Studio this Autumn as we make some pumpkins with personality! No experience necessary and all materials included. Although, be warned artistic ability is a plus as visualizing, designing and building a fairy house is not for the faint of heart. For those with kids who want to make clay things we recommend our "Mommy and Me class". However, this would be perfect for the artistic teenager. Building on the skills from the last three years we will ambitiously create a fairy house in the theme of a pumpkin. Each class is limited to 8 participants with two spots for a self assessed sliding scale. We will be using all of our tricks to bring success. At the end we will paint our fairy house and then the studio will clear coat and fire the project for you. Class will include step by step instructions along with pumpkin demos and written directions to make sure everyone is successful. Each participant will be able to pick up their fired pumpkins about one month at least after class (please put an alert in your phone and check back in!) Only several dates available this Autumn so plan your schedule because you dont want to miss this!
